Return and Refund Policy

We want you to love your order — but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed

  • In its original packaging

  • With tags or labels still attached

Returns that don’t meet these conditions may not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items are non-returnable:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Gift cards


How to Start a Return

To start a return, contact us at support@weate.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you want to return

  • A brief reason for the return

Once your request is approved, we’ll send you return instructions and the return address.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please remember it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.


Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, simply return your original item and place a new order once your refund is processed.
This ensures faster service and better inventory accuracy.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email support@weate.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
We’ll fix it as quickly as possible with a replacement or refund.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
If the return is approved for a refund due to our error, we’ll cover the return shipping fee.
